Website Redesign & Redevelopment

LMT

Project manager, UX designer, and sole designer for a complete redesign/redevelopment of LMT’s website. 2017.

Helping LMT change the IT game

In the same way that LMT simplifies the lives of their customers by providing a wealth of IT management solutions, I aimed to provide a simplified, unique user experience on their website.

I sought to leverage some trends and technology in unique ways to bring LMT’s online presence into the modern area, to further their claim as leaders in their industry.

Homepage Layout

I nestled the copy into visual blocks, using design cues and spacing to attribute to the informative nature of the site. Content/terminology that might otherwise be overwhelming is more easily digested.

A photoshoot provided us with beautiful imagery that fits perfectly with the aesthetic of the website.

The homepage slideshow manages to be visually pleasing and non-obtrusive. The rest of the page features differentiators, lead-ins to services/industries, a leadership team, and a simple call to action.

Leadership Profiles

To give character and reveal the expertise and personality behind the company, each member of the leadership team is represented with a profile page.

An action photo is paired with a headshot and displayed with each member’s contact information and biography brief.

Support Center

One of LMT’s key differentiators is its robust support operations. The website’s support center serves as a hub for several support launch points.

By utilizing unique, simple style elements, I intended to make these support options as intuitive as possible.

Knowing this section of the site is most frequently visited by their customers, the support center was called out in the navigation.
